Samhain: A Halloween Chakra-Clearing Cacao Ceremony

As the veil thins and the year turns inward, we begin. This first ceremony of the wheel is a gentle clearing, a settling of the body and a tending of the energy centers, guided by ceremonial cacao and a chakra-clearing meditation. A soft, grounding entry into the season of descent.

What to Expect

You arrive to a warm room, a circle, the scent of cacao and essential oils. We open together. You receive a cup of rich, unsweetened ceremonial cacao, poured by hand, and blend it with spices as you set your intention for the gathering.

Then we drink, slowly, and let the cacao open the heart. From there we move into a guided energy healing meditation, followed by gentle lymphatic movement to release what surfaces, and a closing circle of gratitude.

You leave with a full can of ceremonial cacao to continue the practice at home.

Every Ceremony Includes

• A hand-poured cup of ceremonial cacao
• A guided energy healing meditation, unique to each Sabbat

• A warm, held, intimate circle of no more than 12
• A can of ceremonial cacao to take home
• Mats, blankets, and everything you need are provided. Simply arrive in comfortable clothes.

A note on your wellbeing

Ceremonial cacao is a gentle heart-opener, and at ceremony strength it is also a natural stimulant. It may not be suitable if you are pregnant, or if you take antidepressants (particularly MAOIs or SSRIs), heart medications, or blood-pressure medications. If any of these apply to you, or you have a heart condition, please check with your doctor before booking.

After you reserve, I'll send a welcome note with everything to expect. Simply reply to it with any health conditions, medications, pregnancy, or allergies so I can care for you well. A smaller pour or a warm alternative can always be arranged.
