Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your session time is reserved especially for you, and I often begin preparing the day before we meet.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance and I’ll happily find a new time that works for you.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session may be refunded, or you’re welcome to apply your payment to a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or missed appointments, are non-refundable, as I’m unable to fill the time on short notice.

Founding and discounted sessions: Introductory and discounted sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Group events and ceremonies: Tickets to cacao ceremonies and group events are non-refundable, as spots are limited and materials are prepared in advance. If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else, just let me know their name beforehand.
