Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Mims Magic.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Estimated delivery is typically 5 to 10 business days within the United States after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Damaged or lost items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at brianna@mimsmagic.com within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right. We’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll always help you resolve any issue.

Digital items and events: Session bookings, event tickets, and any digital products are not physical items and are not shipped. Please see our Terms of Service and Refund Policy for those.
